RELIANCE HOME COMFORT IS BECOMING A PAIN - Furnace
THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO AMAZE ME. WHY THE ONT GOVT NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THIS UNSCRUPLOUS COMPANY IS BEYOND UNDERSTANDING.
I ASKED SPECIFICALLY IN WRITING TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO CANCEL MY MONTHLY FURNACE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. THE CANCELLATION WAS MADE TWO DAYS AFTER THEY SIGNED ME UP ON THE PHONE WHILE TAKING MY SERVICE CALL FOR MY HOT WATER TANK. NOW MORE WASTING TIME AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. I WOULD FIND A GOOD LAWYER SUE THESE PEOPLE FOR WASTING MY VALUABLE TIME AGAIN .....
