  • Zero service, all bills

I have only had negative experiences with this company. I called a month ago about our A/C not working (again, as this happened last summer too) and have had multiple contractors come out to my house take pictures, waste my time and leave. One didn't even bother going onto the roof as he didn't have a ladder! What a pathetic excuse for service. I called them to explain the situation, and yet another 3 appointments involving taking pictures and leaving, have come and gone. I still have to call to verify that they bring a ladder! • Wrong Billing & Worst customer Service

I came across this company on the web (sometime in June 2013) when I was searching to get maintenance for my AC and thought that the protection plan offered to me was so good.....annual maintenance for furnace & air conditioner, any time repair without anything going out of your pocket...blah, blah...for just 29.99 a month, 3 months free as a bonus for getting the plan and above all no contract and I could cancel the plan anytime. I would get a package in my mail to get my plan activated. I did not realize my worst nightmare was about to start. I never received a package for the plan.... More...

  • Furnace Service Contract

-15 outside - very cold! We called with a complaint that furnace was not working. We were told that the part was not available (Spectrum Energy in Oakville were subcontracted to make the service call) We were told the part would still be ordered right away and that it was coming from Ottawa and would come overnight. So Monday all day - no part. When we called we were told it was on its way - that there was a delay coz didnt ship out on Sunday would have to be Monday. Bear in mind I can drive to Ottawa and back in 10 hours but they couldnt get the part in 24 hours. Okay so now... More...

  • Reliance Home Protection Plan Scam

I just received by mail a letter congratulating me on choosing their protection plan covering my furnace and air conditioning for $19.20 a month and asking me how I wished to pay. Several options were offered - credit card, on-line, etc.. I had an account number. I have had no previous contact with this company and have no interest in their product. I called them. They stated I had entered into a contract with them. They had my telephone number along with my address. I told them no way and dont bother sending me any bills. I expect to be billed and threatened with a collection... More...
